About our company
Lilia Designs was invented by a mom wanting to make green living simple and enjoyable and economical! Our product line includes original clothing designs and cloth alternatives to disposable paper products, such as re-usable cloth diapers, wipes, bibs and swaddling blankets for babies, and re-usable cloth menstrual pads and contoured nursing pads for women.

Lilia Designs is dedicated to treading lightly on the Earth through our business practices. Our products are hand-crafted using only natural fiber and organic fabrics such as bamboo, hemp and organic cotton. Hand-dyed items are created with non-toxic dyes. No harsh chemicals or pollutants are used during the dying process. We take great care to ensure our supplies come from reputable sources and meet both our quality standards and safety rules set forth by the CPSIA. We will provide compliance certificates issued by our suppliers upon request. Because our production is in small batches, and the cost of compliance testing each product would put us out of business, we have received permission to be exempted from final product testing, provided we meet all requirements set forth by the CPSIA.

Lilia Designs is a fair-trade company; nothing is factory-produced. Since our beginning in 2003, we have remained 'Made in America'!


Our Policies
Lilia Designs & Go With The Flo products are guaranteed against defects in craftmanship for 90 days. Each item is handcrafted with care by talented seamstresses and checked for defects prior to shipping. If there is a defect with your purchase within the 90 day time frame, send the item back and we will replace it at no cost to you. Due to the nature of products, refunds are only given upon our discretion and if the items are returned in the original unopened package within 15 days of receiving the item. Shipping will not be refunded. All international sales are FINAL. No exchanges, refunds, or credit may be given for International orders. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without notice.

We accept checks , money orders, and Paypal. If you plan to pay using check or money order, please make a note of it in the comments box when you place your order.

Check and money order payments are expected to be received within 10 days of placing your order and Paypal payments are due no more than 24 hours after your order is placed. Items are not shipped until full payment has been received. This means any payments by check or eCheck must have cleared and the funds are posted to our account. Custom orders are not started until payment is received and posted to our account.

Shipping Info
We ship every 48 hours. If you need expedited shipping, just ask! If your order will be delayed for some reason, we will notify you of the expected ship date. If you are an International customer , please be aware that we cannot always offer delivery confirmation or insurance through USPS. You may choose whichever method of shipping you are most comfortable with, and we will only charge you actual shipping costs. We follow all customs regulations and will not claim your order as a gift.
